Terms and Conditions

Please see the Program Details section at the bottom of each program page for everything that is included in the price and for any special terms and conditions that apply specifically to that program. Some programs are subject to minimum and maximum participation numbers. Take special note that airfare, or any other transportation to and from the origin/departure city is not included.

If paying by wire transfer or credit card, we will contact you at the email and/or telephone number you provided within 3 business days to arrange for payment.

A deposit of € 300 is due for each program participant at the time of registration. € 100 of this deposit is non-refundable. The full deposit is non-refundable 60 days prior to the beginning of the trip. Full payment is due one month prior to the beginning of the trip.

Returned Checks: A fee of € 50 will be charged for every returned check.

We recommend you purchase traveler's insurance to handle any unforeseen circumstances that might prevent you from participating in the program. In the event you are unable to attend your reserved CHARTER Program for any reason, we will be happy to apply any funds received to your participation in a future CHARTER Program.

We will inform you 30 days in advance if you've registered for a program that has not yet met its minimum participation rules and we have chosen to cancel it. In the unlikely event a program is cancelled due to lack of participation, your full deposit will be refunded unless you elect to participate in another program at a later date.
