CESMA's mission of cultural preservation is further fulfilled through the management of a publishing arm - Edizioni Nautilus Torino. Since its inception, CESMA has published 15 books under the Edizioni Nautilus Torino brand. Ten of these are technical books covering topics ranging from regional archaeology and architecture to anthropology and five are novels all based on characters, real and fictional, who lived in and around the Piedmont Region of Italy. CESMA is commited to growing its network of authors, titles, and distributors of its books in order to further educate the world about the culture of Italy and the Piedmont Region.

Recently, CESMA, through Edizioni Nautilus Torino, has been branching into multimedia productions of novels and cultural and historical events in the area.
